FREE FED EX SHIPPING
  • All orders are shipped via Federal Express Standard Overnite Delivery. Due to FedEx pricing rules and regulations, any order that requires Priority Overnite service (including but not limited to Saturday delivery and all international deliveries) will be charged a minimum extra charge of $25.
  • We ship Monday through Thursday to the West Coast for next day afternoon delivery. It is best to allow 2 days for delivery to California, due to the California Department of Agriculture inspection. Shipping on Friday for a Monday afternoon delivery is available.
  • We ship Monday through Wednesday to Mid-Western and Eastern destinations for second-day afternoon delivery. Shipping on Friday for a Monday afternoon delivery is available.
  • We ship Monday and Tuesday to Canada. Due to FedEx pricing rules and regulations, all orders shipped to Canada will be subject to an additional minimum charge of $30 for shipping, plus a minimum additional charge of $10 for customs charges.
  • Shipments to Alaska are subject to additional charges. For shipping schedule and charges please call our offices at 1-800-343-2243.
  • There will be no shipping or delivery on Sundays and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Due to Federal Express rules and regulations, all orders which require an address correction, will be charged an additional $10.
  • Sunsets Tropicals is not responsible for late deliveries or damaged merchandise due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, company strikes, natural disasters or criminal acts.
